Both the GritFX Mother Store and the smaller sister store are powered by outside entities – Cafepress and Zazzle, respectively. These two companies handle all production and shipping responsibilities and any queries regarding the quality of items or delays in despatch/arrival should be directed to the relevant customer service personnel (see 'Enquiries' to the right).

You may see a design you would like to order but not available on the product you are after – drop us a line and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Cafepress and Zazzle employ differing production techniques, and accordingly, we have limited our design availability on certain products. For instance, Cafepress use a technique for printing on Dark T-Shirts that requires a white print underlay to be placed on the fabric first, with the colour print layer of the actual design on top of this. Depending on the alignment of the two layers on the press, the quality of the final product can vary greatly.

In view of this, we at GritFX only offer White printing on Black T-Shirts and Black printing on selected “Dark” coloured T-Shirts*. These will differ from the colour versions of the same design available on all White and Light-coloured apparel, but ensures the finished product is of a standard that we are entirely happy with. If we wouldn’t want to wear the product, we don’t expect you to either.

On the smaller sister store - powered by Zazzle - we display the available designs on the apparel that we feel best displays the artwork. You can view the design on other apparel, but be advised that some items have smaller ‘artwork areas’ and as a result, some distortion of the design can occur on certain products.
